1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from or using the CINI Sound website (cinisound.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Do not complete a purchase or use this site if the given terms are deemed unsuitable.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold on CINI Sound including sample packs, preset packs, and any other downloadable content, are classified as digital goods delivered electronically. Upon completion of a payment, a download link will be provided in a reasonable time frame.

It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets the requirements for the product before purchasing. Product pages clearly state which software is required (i.e. Serum 2).

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is considered fraudulent misuse of the payment dispute process.

If you have an issue with your purchase, you must contact us at cini@cinisound.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We respond to all support requests and are happy to assist with technical issues, missing downloads, and any legitimate concerns.

Initiating a chargeback on any successfully delivered digital product constitutes an unauthorized reversal. Successful delivery is defined as CINI Sound providing adequate access to download the purchased digital good.

In such cases, we reserve the right to:

Dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of delivery to your bank
Permanently revoke your license to use the downloaded files
Pursue recovery of funds through collections or other legal means
Ban you from making future purchases on this site

We keep detailed download records and delivery logs and will provide said documentation in any dispute process.

5. Technical Support

We provide reasonable support to help you install and use your purchased products. A detailed installation guide is available at cinisound.com/install

For issues not covered by the guide, email cini@cinisound.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will do our best to help you get the product working.

Support is provided for installation issues related to our products only. We are not responsible for troubleshooting third-party software including, but not limited to, Serum 2, Ableton, FL Studio, Windows, MacOS, etc.

6. Licensing & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the purchased sounds and presets in your own music productions.

You may:

Use the sounds in original compositions for commercial or non-commercial release
Use the sounds in music distributed on streaming platforms, sold online, or performed live
Modify, pitch-shift, chop, or otherwise process the sounds

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the raw files or presets
Include the unprocessed sounds in another sample pack or sound library
Transfer or sublicense your license to another person
Claim authorship or ownership of the original sound designs

This license is granted to the purchasing individual only and is non-transferable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including audio files, presets, graphics, and branding are the intellectual property of CINI Sound and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Discount codes are applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Payments are processed securely through WIX Payments. We do not store your full card details.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from a purchase or use of this website will be resolved in the jurisdiction where CINI Sound operates.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. All Sales Are Final; No Refunds

Access to digital files is provided immediately upon completion of a purchase and the provided files can not be returned due to lack of tangibility. Refunds are not available after completion of purchase.

Inability to use a product due to not owning the required software, misunderstanding of installation, or any reason unrelated to a technical failure on the end of CINI Sound does not constitute grounds for a refund.
